We loved the central location, in the heart of the city. Cleanliness was impressive, including the well-maintained facilities and parking. The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was satisfying.

The hotel's location was great, with everything you need within walking distance, including good stores and services. The breakfast was great and the parking is included. The one-bedroom apartments offered great value, especially when you consider all the facilities provided.

The credit card machine at reception doesn't accept international AmEx cards, which made the check-in process complicated. Some of the staff struggled with communication in languages other than Portuguese.

We recently stayed in a hotel in the heart of the downtown area. the location is perfect, with great walking access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Our one-bedroom apartment had everything we needed, including a well-maintained bathroom, comfortable bedding, and a fantastic view from the balcony. the staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive to our needs. the complimentary breakfast was absolutely delightful, with a variety of fresh fruits and juices.

There was some broken gym equipment in the fitness area that should have been removed.

The central location was fantastic for exploring the city. the breakfast had a good variety of fresh fruit and other yummy foods. Having a separate living area in the apartment was great for relaxing after a busy day out on the town.

The bed could have been more comfortable for a long weekend stay. not all of the staff were fluent in other languages which made communication a bit difficult at times.
